Hybrid by default

CeriFi is a hybrid-first company. Many roles are fully remote, while teams in the Alpharetta area come into the office two to three days per week for collaboration, planning, and learning weeks.

We invest in meeting in person when it counts — quarterly offsites, annual all-hands, and team kickoffs — and trust you to do focused work from wherever you do it best.

Chapter 04 · Getting Started

Your first 30 days, made simple.

A practical roadmap so you can spend less time wondering what's next, and more time settling in.

Phase 01

Before Day 1

  • Complete the new-hire paperwork emailed by People Operations
  • Set up direct deposit and benefits enrollment
  • Confirm your start date and arrival logistics with your manager

Phase 02

Day 1

  • Pick up your laptop and badge from the IT desk in Alpharetta (or via shipment if remote)
  • Sign in to Okta, your CeriFi email, and Slack
  • Meet your manager for a 1:1 and team intro
  • Lunch with your onboarding buddy — on us

Phase 03

First Week

  • Attend New Hire Orientation (Tuesday, 9–11 AM ET)
  • Complete required compliance and security trainings
  • Tour the platform that powers your brand
  • Schedule intro chats with cross-functional partners

Phase 04

First 30 Days

  • Set your first goals with your manager
  • Shadow a customer support session to hear learners directly
  • Pick a CeriFi brand to deep-dive on outside of your own
  • Share your fresh-eyes feedback in your 30-day check-in
